Local nutritionist Sarah Moore from Sarah Moore Wellness has shared with us 5 healthy, balanced lunchbox ideas that are quick, easy and nutritious for when your kids go back to school.
We're releasing each recipe daily from Monday 22nd January.
A lunchbox should contain about one-third of a child’s food for the day. If your child doesn’t eat much at breakfast or later in the day, then they may need even more. If your child is very active, or says they’re hungry at school, add extra serves of core food groups and not snacks or treats.
