Hommus
Alfalfa sprouts
Sliced cucumber
Sliced canned beetroot
Grated carrot

Raspberry Smoothie

Blend ½ a frozen banana and ¼ cup of frozen raspberries with ½ cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of yoghurt. Store it in a thermos to keep cool. If you don’t have a thermos, freeze it overnight in a large container with a screw top lid or a smoothie container. It should be partially melted by recess and can be eaten with a spoon or shaken vigorously to drink.
