1 cup cooked Barilla wholegrain pasta
1 tablespoon four bean mix, drained
½ tomato, diced
¼ capsicum, diced
1 teaspoon lemon infused olive oil (optional)
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar (optional)
Combine 500g turkey mince with ½ cup wholegrain breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1 heaped teaspoon of smoked paprika and 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs. Roll mix into balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set. Cook in large frying pan lightly coated in olive oil for 10 minutes, turning often, until cooked through.
